Commercial 4-Burner Gas Stove

The VEVOR GHP-424 is a countertop commercial gas stove with four cast iron burners producing a total output of 112000 BTU. It is built for professional kitchens, catering operations, or serious home cooks who need high-volume, rapid heat for wok cooking, stock pots, and continuous service.

Installation and common issues

The unit ships set for natural gas at 4 inch WC with a 3/4 NPT inlet and includes a pressure regulator plus four 1.7 mm brass nozzles for propane conversion at 10 inch WC. Installers must verify inlet pressure stays between 1.0 and 3.45 kPa and swap every nozzle when switching fuels; missing one nozzle creates uneven flames and carbon monoxide risk.

112000 BTU total output

Four burners rated at 28000 BTU each deliver the 112000 BTU total that determines whether this stove can sustain the peak loads of a busy service. If your menu demands lower simmer control or you lack the gas supply pressure for the rated input, the stove will not perform as specified.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the burners are delivering the full 112000 BTU after installation?

Verify steady blue flames on all four burners at maximum knob setting and check inlet pressure at the 3/4 NPT connector with a manometer; it should read 4 inches WC for natural gas or 10 inches WC for propane.

Which components are included and which gas-supply parts must be purchased separately?

The box contains the stove, four base feet, one pressure regulator, four 1.7 mm brass nozzles and a manual; you must supply the 3/4 NPT gas line, shut-off valve and any required piping or fittings.

Should I choose the natural-gas or propane setup for my kitchen?

The unit ships configured for natural gas at 4 inches WC; if your supply is propane, replace the fitted nozzles with the four 1.7 mm brass nozzles from the accessories pack and set the regulator to 10 inches WC.
