Versatile Home Gym Tool
The VEVOR half exercise ball trainer is a 23 inch balance platform designed for full-body strength and flexibility routines. It supports stepping, plank, lunge and push-up variations on a textured PVC surface. The package includes resistance bands and a pump so users can start training immediately.
Sustained Load Behaviour
The trainer carries a maximum bearing capacity of 660 lbs, allowing heavy or dynamic movements without deformation. High-grade PVC construction maintains its shape during repeated compression cycles, while the non-slip texture keeps footing secure throughout long sessions. A 9.7 lb base weight adds stability without making the unit difficult to reposition.
Practical Size Limits
At 22.8 x 7.9 inch the dome fits standard home-gym floor space yet limits stance width for very tall users. The fixed 23 inch diameter means the platform cannot be expanded for partner drills or extra-wide exercises. Buyers who need a larger surface or adjustable height should consider a different format.
