1 Ton Manual Chain Hoist

The VEVOR hand chain hoist lifts loads up to 2200 lbs with an 8 ft reach. Alloy steel construction and a G70 galvanised chain suit garage, warehouse and construction-site use where powered lifts are impractical.

Check mounting point and clearance

Verify the overhead structure can carry the full 2200 lbs plus the hoist weight of 15.9 lbs. Ensure at least 8 ft of vertical travel is free and that the 0.91 in hook opening fits your slings or shackles before ordering.

Galvanised chain and rotating hooks

The G70 heat-treated chain resists corrosion and breakage longer than standard grades. Both hooks rotate 360° for flexible rigging angles, while the deep-groove discs keep the chain aligned during operation.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box and do I need to buy mounting hardware or extra chain separately?

The package includes one manual chain hoist and one user manual. No mounting hardware or additional chain is supplied, so any beam clamp, trolley or rigging point must be purchased separately.

How do I decide between the 1-tonne model and a higher-capacity version if both are listed?

This hoist is rated for 2200 lbs (1 T) with an 8 ft lift height and requires 329 N of hand-chain pull at full load. Choose it when your maximum load stays at or below 2200 lbs; select a higher-capacity unit only if you regularly lift heavier weights.

What does the 2200 lbs capacity mean when I am actually lifting in my garage?

You can raise a load up to 2200 lbs a maximum of 8 ft, applying roughly 329 N of force on the hand chain. The mechanical load brake holds the load securely at any height, and both 360° rotating hooks have a 0.91 in opening for easy attachment.
