Hand chain hoist for 2-tonne lifting

This manual chain hoist lifts loads up to 4400 lbs with a 10 ft lift height. It uses a G80 galvanized chain and alloy steel construction for durability in garages, warehouses and construction sites. The unit weighs 24.9 lbs and measures 5.12 x 5.91 x 6.10 in excluding hooks and chain.

Suits workshops needing portable heavy lifting

The 340N pull force at full load allows one person to operate it, while 360° rotating hooks give flexible rigging angles. A dual pawl brake holds the load securely at any height. Buyers who need powered lifting or longer reach than 10 ft should look at other equipment.

Brake and chain hold load during extended use

The dual pawl brake keeps the load stable without drift during long holds. G80 heat-treated chain resists wear and corrosion over repeated cycles. Alloy steel casing maintains structural integrity under continuous 2-tonne tension.

Questions about this item

What mounting point do I need already to hang the 4400 lbs hoist?

A beam, trolley or lug rated for at least 2 tonnes with a clear opening of 0.96 in / 24.5 mm so the top hook seats fully and the safety latch closes.

Can I keep my existing 6 mm sling chain on the load hook?

The load hook opening is 0.96 in / 24.5 mm; a 6 mm link will fit but only a G80 chain of matching grade keeps the 4400 lbs rating intact.

How do I confirm the brake is holding after I lift a load?

Stop pulling the hand chain; the dual pawl brake should lock instantly and the load must remain stationary at the 10 ft height without creep.
