Adjustable Tarp Roller for Dump Trucks

This manual tarp roller kit fits dump trucks, trailers and trash haulers with bed widths between 64 and 104 inches. The corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy axle extends and locks at the required length using a flipping lever mechanism. No tarp is included in the package.

Manual Operation and Length Limits

The hand crank relies on a 7-inch sponge-wrapped handle for leverage, so rolling force depends entirely on operator effort and tarp weight. Extension is bounded by the 64-inch minimum and 104-inch maximum axle settings; beds outside that range cannot use this kit.

Capacity and Headroom for Typical Loads

The 19.29-pound aluminum assembly handles standard mesh or vinyl tarps on medium-duty dump bodies without bending. Very heavy canvas tarps or oversize loads approaching the width limits may exceed comfortable cranking effort and require two operators.
