Handpan Drum 22 Inch D Minor

The VEVOR Handpan Drum measures 22 inches across and delivers 10 notes tuned to D minor at 432 Hz. The golden steel body is hand-cut and hand-tuned for precise pitch, and the package includes two mallets, a carry bag, a stand, a cleaning cloth, scale stickers and a finger cover for immediate play.

Sustained resonance and tuning stability

Each note is individually hand-tuned so the instrument holds its pitch during extended sessions without rapid detuning. The high-quality steel construction resists surface scratches, allowing the ethereal tone to remain consistent when the drum is played continuously for meditation or performance.

Setup checks before ordering

Verify you have a flat surface at least 550 mm wide to accommodate the drum and its included stand. Confirm the 5 kg weight is manageable for transport in the supplied carry bag and that the 250 mm height fits your intended playing space. No external power or amplification is required.

Questions about this item

Does the 5 kg handpan generate any heat or noise when played continuously?

The 5 kg steel handpan produces sound only when struck with the supplied mallets or finger cover; it has no motor or electronics, so it generates no heat and no mechanical noise during extended playing sessions.

What additional items must I already own for the drum to be playable?

The package includes two mallets, a finger cover, a stand, a carry bag, a cleaning cloth, scale stickers and a user manual, so no extra equipment is required to start playing.

Will the 432 Hz D minor tuning clash with my older instruments tuned to standard pitch?

The drum is tuned to 432 Hz in D minor with ten notes; matching it to instruments at a different reference pitch will require retuning those instruments or accepting the pitch difference.
