Five-pistol hard case

This IP67-rated case holds up to five handguns in a pre-cut PU foam interior that can be tailored to each firearm and its accessories. The polypropylene shell and dual PP latches create a watertight seal tested to one metre of submersion. A pressure relief valve equalises altitude changes during travel. The case meets TSA requirements for checked firearm transport.

Build and security features

The 475 × 415 × 223 mm exterior uses unidirectional hinge pins that resist forced entry, while two padlock holes accept user-supplied locks for added protection. Inside, the 445 × 345 × 190 mm cavity weighs 5.24 kg empty and the removable foam inserts let owners reconfigure the layout as their collection changes. Both latches operate smoothly with one hand.

Environmental performance

The IP67 rating keeps dust and water out during rain, river crossings or dusty range days, and the valve prevents vacuum lock after air travel. No powered components mean silent operation and zero power draw in any condition. The sealed design protects finishes and optics from humidity during extended storage.

Questions about this item

What does the IP67 rating on this pistol case actually protect against?

The IP67 rating means the case is completely dust-tight and can withstand immersion in water up to one metre deep without water entering the interior.

Will this case fit inside a standard airline carry-on sizer given its external dimensions of 18.7 × 16.3 × 8.8 in?

At 18.7 × 16.3 × 8.8 inches externally, the case exceeds most airline carry-on limits and should be treated as checked luggage.

How do you install the pre-cut PU foam to match a specific handgun shape?

The foam is pre-scored in a grid pattern; press out only the cubes that match your pistol outline, leaving the surrounding foam intact for support.
