Dual Hat Platens for Small-Area Transfers

This VEVOR heat press includes two interchangeable platens measuring 160x65 mm and 160x80 mm for caps, headbands, cuffs and face masks. The 400 W unit offers a temperature range of 33.8 to 450 °F and a timer up to 999 seconds. It suits hobbyists and small businesses personalising curved fabric items.

Swing-Away Design with Pressure Knob

The flip-up arm swings clear for safe platen changes and garment placement. A pressure knob adjusts clamping force up to 220 lbs to match material thickness. Dual displays show live temperature and time. An auto shut-off engages if the machine is left unattended.

Maximum Platen Width 160 mm

The wider platen spans 160 mm, limiting designs to that width. Buyers needing to press full-front shirt graphics, large tote bags or flat items wider than 160 mm should choose a standard flat-bed press instead.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the 160x65 mm platen reaches the set temperature after setup?

The dual screens show the current temperature and target temperature simultaneously; when both read the same value within the 33.8 to 450 °F range the platen is at the correct heat.

What accessories are included with the machine?

The package contains the hat heat press machine, two interchangeable hat platens measuring 160x65 mm and 160x80 mm, a power cord and a user manual.

Which platen size should I choose for a standard adult cap?

The 160x80 mm platen covers a larger area of the crown and is better suited for standard adult caps, while the 160x65 mm platen works well for smaller caps, headbands or cuffs.
