Hitch Cargo Carrier 500 lbs Capacity

This hitch-mount cargo carrier fits a 2-inch receiver and provides a 45.3 by 25.6 inch loading area rated for 500 pounds. It is built from iron with a 4.0 mm wall thickness and includes a folding ramp, stabiliser, and ratchet straps. The basket weighs 61.3 lbs and measures 46.3 by 26.8 by 4.4 inches overall.

Suits Mobility Scooter and Heavy Gear Transport

It suits owners who need to load a mobility scooter or bulky equipment without lifting, using the integrated 38.6 by 25.9 inch ramp. It is not for vehicles lacking a 2-inch hitch receiver or for loads exceeding the 500-pound limit. Buyers needing a lighter rack or a smaller footprint should consider other options.

2-Inch Hitch Receiver Compatibility Required

The carrier mounts only to a 2-inch by 2-inch hitch receiver with a 50 by 50 mm opening. Verify your vehicle hitch class and opening size before purchase, as this single specification determines whether the rack will fit and function safely.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the carrier is stable after hitching it to my 2" receiver?

Which size variant should I select if I need the 45.3" by 25.6" loading area?

The listed model provides a 45.3" x 25.6" inside loading area, a 46.3" x 26.8" x 4.4" basket and a 38.6" x 25.9" x 1.9" folding ramp — choose this single specification.
