20U Open Frame Rack for AV and Network Gear

The VEVOR HT-W6420 is a 20U open frame server rack finished in black. It suits home offices, studios or small server rooms that need to organise networking hardware, AV components, routers and modems in a single free-standing or wall-mounted unit.

Assembly Uses Supplied Hardware

Installation follows the included user manual with 145 M5*10 cross head screws, 10 M6*12 cage nuts, four casters and four M10*50 expansion screws for wall mounting. The rack conforms to a 19 in installation width standard, so most rack-mount equipment fits directly. Common issues are misaligned cage nuts during initial fitting and forgetting to level the unit before tightening the expansion screws into masonry.

Verify Depth, Load and Mounting Surface Before

Measure the deepest device you plan to install; the rack adjusts from 23 in to 40 in depth. Confirm the wall can support 150 lbs if wall-mounted, or that the floor can take 200 lbs for free-standing use with the casters deployed. Ensure you have a suitable grounding point for the supplied grounding wire.
