5 kg Rotary Tumbler with Timer

The VEVOR KD-20001 is a 5 kg capacity rotary tumbler designed for polishing jewellery, gemstones and coins. It operates on 110 V AC at 60 Hz and draws 60 W. The polycarbonate barrel uses a gear transmission for stable rotation and a leak-proof buckle seal.

Five Speeds and Bidirectional Rotation

The machine offers five fixed speeds at 50, 70, 90, 105 and 130 rpm plus a 0-60 minute timer adjustable in 10 minute steps. Bidirectional rotation and the included pack of polishing beads let users match the action to different materials without extra purchases.

Suited for Small-Batch Finishing

Hobbyists and small workshops needing a compact finisher for batches up to 5 kg will find the 18 x 12 cm inner barrel practical. Buyers requiring continuous operation beyond 60 minutes or a larger barrel diameter should look at other equipment.

Questions about this item

How often should the seal ring be checked or replaced on this tumbler?

The barrel uses a single seal ring for leak-proof operation. Inspect it before each use for cracks or flattening and replace it when it no longer forms a tight seal.

What limits continuous run time on the KD-20001?

The built-in timer stops the motor automatically at 60 minutes, so each cycle is capped at that duration.

How much heat or noise does the 60 W motor produce during all-day use?

The 60 W motor runs at up to 130 rpm with bidirectional rotation; it generates modest warmth and low mechanical noise typical of a small gear-driven tumbler.
