15 L Manual Meat Mixer

The VEVOR manual meat mixer provides a 15 L fixed tank for blending up to 15 lbs of meat, sausage or feed ingredients. Its SUS201 stainless steel construction resists corrosion and features smoothed edges for safe handling. The unit suits butchers, small processors or home users who need batch mixing without electric power.

Hand-crank installation with motor option

The mixer arrives with a handle, wing nut and four adjustable foot pads that raise the base by 25 mm for level positioning. No tools are required beyond tightening the wing nut, though misaligned paddles can bind if the nut is not fully seated. A compatible XZ-8B drive motor can be added later for hands-free operation.

15 lb maximum mixing capacity

The tank dimensions of 248 x 195 x 240 mm set the practical limit at 15 lbs per batch. Users needing larger single batches or continuous throughput will find this capacity restrictive.

Questions about this item

How do I know the gearbox is engaging properly after I attach the handle?

Turn the handle; the mixing paddles should rotate smoothly inside the 248 x 195 x 240 mm tank without binding or excessive play.

What comes in the box and do I need to buy a motor separately?

The package includes the mixer, handle, wing nut, four foot pads and a user manual; the XZ-8B drive motor for hands-free operation is sold separately.

Which capacity should I choose for batches around 15 pounds of meat?

The fixed 15 L tank holds approximately 15 lbs of ingredients, matching that batch size directly.
