Large-Capacity Meat Mixer

The VEVOR manual meat mixer provides a 40L mixing tank suited for commercial sausage production, deli preparation or animal feed batches. Its SUS201 stainless steel construction resists corrosion and the smoothed edges reduce handling risk during busy sessions.

Effortless Operation and Cleaning

A gearbox structure lightens the turning force required, and the unit accepts XZ-12B drive motors for hands-free use when preferred. The detachable paddles and smooth tank surfaces allow thorough rinsing, preventing odour carry-over between batches.

Flexible Workshop Placement

Adjustable rubber feet let you level the 700 x 350 x 470 mm frame on uneven floors, while the tilt tank simplifies unloading heavy mixes. The package includes the mixer, handle, wing nut, four foot pads and a user manual for immediate setup.

Questions about this item

How do I attach the handle to the gearbox on the BX-40T mixer?

Slide the handle onto the gearbox output shaft and tighten the supplied wing nut until the handle cannot rotate on the shaft; the step often missed is fully seating the handle before tightening.

Which parts of the 40L tank mixer need periodic lubrication?

The gearbox internals and the tilt-pivot bearings should be greased with food-grade lubricant every few months; the detachable paddles and SUS201 tank only require thorough washing.

What is the maximum continuous batch size the 380 x 315 x 370 mm tank can handle before the gearbox overheats?

The tank is rated for a 40L mixing maximum; sustained loads at that volume will cause the manual gearbox to heat up first, limiting continuous operation.
