Capacity and Construction

The VEVOR manual sausage stuffer holds 11 lb or 5 L of meat in a tiltable barrel made from 304 stainless steel. Its vertical design suits both commercial kitchens and home users who want to produce larger batches without repeated refilling.

Dual-Speed Operation

A two-gear mechanism provides a fast speed for raising and lowering the piston and a slow speed for the actual stuffing process. The ergonomic handle works with the pressure plate's vent holes to release excess air, helping create firm, well-shaped sausages with consistent texture.

Five Tube Sizes Included

Five SUS 304 tubes with inner diameters of .41 in, .55 in, .79 in, 1.18 in and 1.42 in cover a wide range of sausage styles from snack sticks to large salami. Buyers who need electric power or a smaller footprint for limited counter space should consider other options.
