Vertical 7 L sausage stuffer for batch production

This manual stuffer holds 7 L or 15 lbs of meat mixture in a food-grade 304 stainless-steel cylinder. Dual-speed gears let the operator switch between fast filling and slow, precise casing work. The vertical design and ergonomic handle suit both home cooks and commercial kitchens.

Suits buyers who need hands-on control over fill

The two-speed crank gives tactile feedback for delicate casings such as snack sticks or breakfast links. It does not serve buyers who want motorised, continuous stuffing for high-volume lines or those who require a horizontal floor model for limited headroom.

Simple assembly with five included stuffing tubes

The cylinder, base, handle and tubes ship separate; assembly follows the printed manual and requires no tools. Common issues include over-tightening the air-release valve, which can strip the threads, and forgetting to lubricate the piston gasket before the first batch.

Questions about this item

Do I need to provide my own casings and meat for the 7 L barrel?

Yes, the 7 L barrel holds up to 15 lbs of meat mixture, so you supply the casings and filling yourself.

Will the 5 included stuffing tubes fit my existing natural or collagen casings?

The five tubes cover a range of diameters, so most standard casings will match one of them.

How can I confirm the dual-speed gears are engaging correctly after assembly?

Turn the handle; the fast gear moves the piston quickly and the slow gear advances it with more torque for dense mixes.
