What this welder does

The VEVOR MIG-250 is a 250A 5-in-1 synergic welding machine that runs on 110V or 220V input. It covers MIG pulse, gas MIG, gasless MIG, stick and lift TIG processes in one unit. The synergic control automatically matches current and wire feed speed to the selected wire diameter. An aluminium welding torch and a lift TIG torch are not included and must be bought separately.

Wire and voltage limits

The welder accepts flux core, solid and aluminium wire on spools up to 11 lbs. Supported diameters are .03 in and .04 in for flux core and solid wire, and .04 in and .05 in for aluminium wire. Maximum welding thickness is .59 in at the 250A output. Input capacity is rated at 8.2 KVA across the dual-voltage supply.
