VEVOR Mini Split Pad 38×18×3 in

This polypropylene mounting pad supports ductless air-conditioner outdoor units rated from 9000 to 36000 BTU. The grey platform measures 37.8 by 18.11 by 2.91 inches and weighs 7.94 lb. A maximum load rating of 400 lbs or 181 kg secures the condenser on tiles, timber or uneven ground.

Installers fitting single-zone systems up to 36000

The anti-slip surfaces on both faces grip the unit and the substrate without bolts or adhesive. Builders needing a taller stand, a wider footprint or a rated capacity above 400 lbs should choose a different mounting method.

400 lb capacity for residential condensers

The pad comfortably carries typical 9000–36000 BTU heat-pump units on level or slightly sloped surfaces. It runs out of headroom when the equipment exceeds 400 lbs, when the footprint exceeds 38 by 18 inches or when local code requires a raised or anchored frame.

Questions about this item

What size condenser unit will the 38×18×3 in pad with 400 lbs capacity support?

The pad fits ductless air conditioner or heat pump systems rated from 9000 to 36000 BTU, with a maximum load of 400 lbs or 181 kg.

Will the anti-slip texture on both sides keep the pad stable on my existing concrete slab?

Yes, the dual-sided anti-slip surfaces grip smooth tiles, wooden floors and uneven outdoor ground, so the pad stays in place on a concrete slab.

How can I confirm the pad is correctly installed and supporting the unit?

After placement, check that the condenser sits level on the 37.8×18.11×2.91 in polypropylene base with no rocking, and verify the unit weight does not exceed 400 lbs.
