VEVOR

VEVOR NAP002 Air Hydraulic Pump 10000 PSI 1.6 L Reservoir

SKU CH-7172-FBZR2 MPN NAP002

Foot-operated air hydraulic pump delivers 10,000 PSI through a 1.6 L reservoir with 6.6 ft hose for frame machines

  • Delivers 10000 PSI for heavy lifting
  • 6 L reservoir reduces refill frequency
  • 8 L/min no-load flow speeds operation
  • Foot pedal control enables hands-free use
  • 6 ft hose allows flexible positioning

Air Hydraulic Pump for Frame Machines

The VEVOR NAP002 is an air-driven hydraulic pump rated at 10000 PSI maximum output pressure. It is built for technicians who operate auto body frame machines or pulling posts and need a portable high-pressure source. The unit weighs 19.6 lbs and measures 10.3 x 5.4 x 7.3 in.

Foot Pedal and 6.6 ft Hose Included

A foot-actuated treadle gives hands-free control while the 6.6 ft hydraulic oil pipe connects the pump to the tool. The 1.6 L reservoir supplies enough fluid for extended cycles without frequent refills. No-load flow reaches .8 L/min and loaded flow is .16 L/min.

Steel Construction with NPT Ports

The pump housing uses durable steel construction suited to shop environments. An NPT 1/4" air inlet accepts standard shop air lines operating between 110 PSI and 145 PSI. The NPT 3/8" oil outlet mates with common hydraulic couplers for quick setup.

Questions about this item

How often should the hydraulic oil in the 1.6 L reservoir be changed?

Change the hydraulic oil when it appears contaminated or after heavy use cycles; the 1.6 L reservoir holds enough fluid for extended operation before a refill is needed.

What flow rate does the pump deliver at the maximum 10000 PSI output?

Under load the pump provides 0.16 L/min, so sustained high-pressure work is limited by this reduced flow rather than the no-load rate of .8 L/min.

How loud is the unit when the foot pedal is held down all day?

The pump runs on compressed air at 110-145 PSI through the NPT 1/4" inlet; noise level depends on the air compressor used, not the pump itself.
