Pipe Belt Sander for Metal Finishing

The VEVOR pipe belt sander delivers 1000W of power with six variable speed settings from 1100 to 3200 rpm. Its aluminum alloy frame prevents belt slippage under pressure while resisting rust and corrosion. The compact design weighs 5.3 kg and measures 300 x 78 x 113 mm, making it manageable for extended use on pipes and tubes.

Upgrade from Fixed-Speed Sanders

This tool replaces single-speed belt sanders that force one rpm across every material and grit. The six constant-speed levels let you match speed to the task, whether removing heavy rust with coarse belts or polishing with fine grits. The jump is worth it when you regularly switch between aggressive stock removal and fine finishing on the same workpiece.

50-Belt Kit Covers Coarse to Fine

The included 50 belts (1.5 x 30 inch) provide ten each of zirconia alumina 60 and 80 grit for rapid material removal, plus brown aluminum oxide 180, 400, and 800 grit for progressive smoothing and polishing. This assortment handles most burnishing, finishing, and rust-removal jobs on metal pipe. It runs out when a project demands grits outside the 60-800 range or belt sizes other than 40 x 760 mm.

Questions about this item

Will the 1.5 x 30 inch belt size fit on a 40 x 760 mm frame?

Yes, 1.5 x 30 inches equals 40 x 760 mm, so the included belts match the sander exactly.

Which step do users miss when fitting the rubber wheel and guide wheel end plates?

The hex wrench and 115 round hole wrench must secure both end plates before the first run, or the belt will track off centre.

When should the two carbon brushes be replaced on the 1000W motor?

Replace the carbon brushes when sparking increases or speed drops under load; the kit includes two spares for this.
