Training Platform and Purpose

The VEVOR plyometric jump box is a 12 inch steel platform built for plyometric and agility drills. It supports a 500 pound capacity and is finished in red powder coating for corrosion resistance. The trapezoidal frame is fully welded to stay rigid during high-intensity sessions. It suits home gym users from beginner to advanced levels.

Included Accessories and Surface Features

The package contains the platform box and a set of installation accessories for assembly. Four rubber pads on the base prevent sliding on floor surfaces. A textured silicone top layer adds grip for foot placement during jumps and step-ups. These elements work together to keep the box stable and the user secure.

Who This Suits and Who Should Look Elsewhere

Athletes needing a fixed 12 inch height for box jumps, step-ups and conditioning circuits will find the 500 lb rating and anti-slip surface appropriate. Users who require adjustable or stackable heights for progressive training cannot change the elevation of this single box. Buyers wanting a softer landing surface or a lighter unit for frequent relocation should consider other designs.

Questions about this item

Does the powder-coated steel frame need periodic touch-ups to stay rust-free?

The powder finish resists corrosion; wipe it clean after use and inspect for chips, but no scheduled re-coating is required.

Which part reaches its limit first during repeated high-intensity sessions — the welds or the rubber pads?

The welded steel frame is rated for 500 lb / 227 kg, while the four rubber base pads and textured silicone top provide grip; the frame’s structural rating is the governing limit.

How much heat or noise does the box generate when used continuously for circuit training?

The unit has no moving parts or electronics, so it produces no measurable heat or noise during all-day use.
