Check Frame Spacing and Fasteners

Verify that your roof framing supports 23.8-inch centres or can be trimmed to match the 1210 by 605 mm panel dimensions. Ensure you have compatible polycarbonate screws with sealing washers and suitable flashing for the 0.24-inch thickness. The lightweight 9.88 kg total bundle is manageable solo, but plan for safe handling at height.

Sustained Outdoor Exposure Performance

Questions about this item

Does the pack include everything I need to install the panels, or are fasteners and sealant sold separately?

The package contains 15 polycarbonate panels and a user manual; mounting hardware, sealant and flashing must be purchased separately.

How do I decide between the HC-30RT and HC-31RT material grades listed for these panels?

Both grades are supplied together in the same 15-piece set; the panels share identical dimensions, 0.24-inch thickness and 0.9 kg/m² weight, so no separate choice is required.

What does the 80% light-transmission figure mean for temperature inside my greenhouse?

The panels transmit 80% of visible light while blocking 98% of UV rays, helping maintain stable, plant-friendly temperatures from -40°C to 120°C without overheating.
