VEVOR Portable Eye Wash Station 8 Gal Green Specialty Appliance

Portable 8-gallon eye wash station

This portable eye wash station holds 8 gallons of water and delivers a continuous 15-minute flushing flow through two spray heads. It meets OSHA requirements and ANSI Z358.1-2014 certification with third-party inspection. The unit is designed for schools, laboratories, factories and other workplaces that need immediate emergency eye irrigation without permanent plumbing.

Check mounting space and water supply

Verify you have a flat wall or surface area at least 535 mm wide, 245 mm deep and 355 mm high for the station's 21.06 x 9.65 x 14.0 in footprint. The green PE tank weighs 8.82 lbs empty and must be filled with potable water before use. No plumbing connections are required, but the tank must be refilled after each activation to maintain the 15-minute capacity.

Gravity-fed flow with no power draw

The station operates purely by gravity, so it draws no electricity and produces no fan or pump noise during use. Water pressure depends on the tank's fill level and mounting height. The polyethylene construction resists corrosion and chemical exposure in industrial environments. Regular visual inspections and water changes keep the unit ready for emergency deployment.
