Versatile Ratcheting Tube Bender

The VEVOR ratcheting tube bender handles soft copper and aluminium pipes from 1/4 inch to 7/8 inch outer diameter. Seven interchangeable dies cover the full range for plumbing, floor heating, refrigeration and air-conditioning work. A mechanical ratchet and reverse-bending attachment let you form 90-degree bends in tight spots. The kit also includes a bearing-type cutter, deburring tool and reamer for complete on-site preparation.

Capacity and Headroom

Wall thickness from 0.02 to 0.05 inch is supported, so standard HVAC and refrigeration tubing bends cleanly without collapse. The ratchet mechanism gives fast, repeatable leverage up to the 90-degree limit, but harder alloys or thicker walls will exceed the tool's design range. Dies are fixed to the listed sizes, so non-standard diameters cannot be accommodated. The included cutter and reamer handle the same diameter span, keeping the workflow self-contained.

Build and Daily Use

Cast-iron frame with aluminium-alloy bending head resists deformation under load. The whole set weighs 10.7 lb and packs into a 17.7 by 13.0 by 3.0 inch plastic box for transport between jobs. Dies swap quickly on the head, and the reverse attachment threads on for awkward angles without repositioning the pipe. No hydraulic pump or external power is needed, so the tool works anywhere there is hand clearance.
