The VEVOR RC-22 is a 1350W electric hydraulic tool designed to cut reinforcing steel bars from 4 mm up to 22 mm diameter. It operates on a standard 110V AC supply and completes each cut in 3.5 to 4.5 seconds. The cold-cutting action produces no sparks or metal debris, making it suitable for construction crews and rescue teams who need fast, clean cuts on Grade 60 rebar.

110V Single-Phase Power Constraint

Because the cutter draws 1350W at 110V 60Hz, it requires a circuit that can sustain the load without voltage drop. Long extension cords or undersized generators will reduce hydraulic pressure and slow the cutting cycle. The unit ships with 46# hydraulic oil and a sealed pump; oil changes are the only routine maintenance, but the 110V supply limits use to sites with compatible mains or adequate generator capacity.

22 mm Maximum Capacity Headroom

The cutter handles #3 through #7 Grade 60 rebar, topping out at 22 mm diameter. It will not cut larger bar stock, bundled bars or hardened alloys beyond the stated grade. At 14.97 kg net weight the tool is portable enough for one-person carry in its 485 x 195 x 285 mm stainless box, yet the 22 mm ceiling means crews working with #8 or larger rebar must bring a different machine.
