What it is and who it's for

The VEVOR RC-25 is a portable electric hydraulic rebar cutter powered by a 1700 W pure copper motor. It cuts Grade 60 rebar from 4 mm up to 25 mm diameter in three to five and a half seconds without producing sparks. The unit weighs 54 lbs and ships in a stainless storage box for site mobility.

Who it suits and who should look elsewhere

Construction crews and rescue teams needing fast, spark-free cuts on Grade 60 rebar within the 4 mm to 25 mm range will find the hydraulic squeeze action reliable. Buyers who need to cut larger diameters, harder grades or require a different supply voltage should look elsewhere, as should anyone who cannot accommodate the 54 lb weight.

The specification that decides fit

The maximum cutting diameter of 25 mm #8 Grade 60 rebar is the single figure that determines whether this cutter matches the material on your job. If your rebar exceeds that size or grade, this model cannot perform the cut.
