65 ft Heavy Duty Cord Reel

This VEVOR retractable extension cord reel supplies 65 feet of 12AWG SJTOW cable rated for 15 amps at 125 volts. The automatic extension mechanism retracts the cord into a durable PP case and includes a 4.5 foot lead-in cord for connection to the power source. It mounts on a wall or ceiling using the supplied hardware.

15 Amp Circuit Breaker Protection

The built-in 15 amp circuit breaker provides overload protection for connected equipment and resets after a fault. The lighted triple-tap outlet indicates when power is present and allows three grounded devices to run simultaneously. Buyers who need a higher amperage rating or a longer cable run should look at other options.

180 Degree Swivel Mounting Bracket

The mounting bracket pivots 180 degrees so the reel can be oriented toward the work area after installation on a wall or ceiling. This swivel action helps align the cord path during extension and retraction. The unit weighs 18.7 pounds and measures 7.09 inches in width.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 65 ft reel or a shorter length for my workshop?

The reel provides 65 ft of 12AWG SJTOW cord plus a 4.5 ft lead-in cord, rated 15 A at 125 V for 1875 W. Pick this length when you need the full reach; a shorter reel would limit distance but not change the gauge or rating.

What does the 15 A 125 V rating mean when I plug in my tools?

It means the reel can safely deliver up to 15 amps at 125 volts, which equals 1875 watts of continuous power. The built-in 15 A circuit breaker will trip if the combined load exceeds that limit.

What does the SJTOW jacket rating allow in practice?

The SJTOW jacket resists water, oil, acid, alkali and ozone, so the cord stays flexible and durable in damp or harsh workshop conditions. It is rated for 60 Hz AC supply at 125 V.
