Two-in-One Drilling Template for Cabinet Hardware

The VEVOR shelf pin and hinge jig combines two drilling guides in a single aluminum alloy body. It is built for woodworkers and DIY builders who need repeatable hole patterns for shelf supports and cabinet hinges. The compact template fits in a tool bag for on-site work.

Fixed Spacing Options Limit Custom Layouts

Hole centres are preset at 16, 32, 37, 50 and 64 millimetres, so you cannot drill arbitrary pitches. Only 1/4-inch and 3/16-inch drill bits are supplied, restricting the hole diameters you can produce without extra tooling. The jig thickness of 5.1 millimetres sets the maximum drill depth before the bit hits the guide.

1/4-Inch Drill Bits Determine Final Hole Size

The included 1/4-inch bits fix the shelf pin hole diameter at that size. If your hardware requires a different diameter, this jig cannot produce it without separate bits.

Questions about this item

Which spacing option should I choose for standard cabinet shelves?

The jig offers five preset spacings — 16, 32, 37, 50 and 64 mm — so you can match the system used by your hardware; 32 mm is the common European standard for shelf pins.

What does the 1/4" drill bit size mean for the holes I will drill?

Both included bits are 1/4" diameter, so every shelf-pin or hinge hole you drill will be exactly 1/4" wide, ready for standard 1/4" shelf pins or hinge screws.

How does the aluminum alloy body affect drilling accuracy?

The 223 x 100 x 5.1 mm aluminum alloy template resists flex and its laser-etched scales stay readable, keeping each hole centred on the chosen 16–64 mm spacing.
