VEVOR Shower Niche 16" x 16" & 16" x 20" Triple Shelf Black

Ready-to-tile shower niche

This pre-formed niche inserts into a shower wall and provides three integrated shelves for soap and toiletries. The unit arrives sealed with a waterproof substrate that protects the surrounding structure from moisture. A tile finish must be applied to the surface before the niche can be used. It suits DIY renovators who want a recessed storage solution without building a custom cavity.

Fits standard stud cavities

The overall frame measures four inches deep by sixteen inches wide by forty inches high, combining a sixteen-by-sixteen-inch compartment with a sixteen-by-twenty-inch compartment below. Ten stainless-steel claws with washers and screws secure the foam board to framing members. The lightweight XPS core weighs 5.95 lbs, so it can be positioned and fastened by one person. A 1.18-inch crosspiece bridges the two sections for added rigidity.

Three fixed shelves, fixed dimensions

Each shelf depth is fixed at four inches, limiting the size of bottles and baskets that can sit inside. The upper bay offers sixteen inches of height while the lower bay provides twenty inches, so taller items must go in the bottom section. Builders needing adjustable shelf spacing, deeper bays, or additional compartments will need a different system. The niche operates reliably between 0 and 104°F.
