Six-post crowd-control set

This VEVOR stanchion kit supplies six stainless-steel posts and three red velvet ropes for guiding queues at events, venues or retail spaces. Each post stands on a hollow PE base that accepts sand ballast. The package includes four-way connectors, screws, washers, plug caps, a wrench and an instruction manual for tool-free assembly.

Flexible rope length and connector count

The 1.5 m ropes and four-way connectors suit straight lines, corners or closed perimeters where moderate foot traffic is expected. Buyers who need longer continuous barriers or heavier wind-rated bases should look at alternatives with taller posts or larger base capacities.

201 stainless steel post material

Posts are fabricated from 201 stainless steel, providing corrosion resistance for indoor and covered outdoor use while keeping the overall weight to 11.40 kg for the full six-piece kit.

Questions about this item

What are the base dimensions and how much sand does it hold?

Each hollow base measures 320 mm wide and weighs 0.50 lbs empty; it holds up to 3.5 kg of sand for a filled weight of 7.72 lbs.

How do I assemble the stanchions and what step is often missed?

Fill the base with sand, then screw the stainless steel post into the base using the supplied wrench and six screws; the step often missed is fully tightening the screws after the sand is added.

When will the velvet ropes need replacing and what are their specs?

The three red flannel ropes are 1.5 m long and 32 mm in diameter; replace them when the nap wears flat or the end hooks no longer latch securely to the four-way connectors.
