Crowd Control Stanchion Set

The VEVOR stanchion kit includes eight 201 stainless steel posts with fillable PE bases and four red velvet ropes measuring 1.5 m each. Setup Requirements

Each base weighs 0.225 kg empty and reaches 3.5 kg when filled with sand, so a supply of dry sand is needed before deployment. The posts stand 890 mm tall with a 320 mm footprint and the ropes have a 32 mm diameter, so verify ceiling height and floor space for the planned queue length. No tools are required beyond the supplied wrench and screws, but a level surface ensures the non-slip bases grip properly.

Stability And Handling

The sand filled bases provide 7.72 lbs of ballast per post to resist accidental knocks and outdoor wind gusts. Stainless steel construction resists corrosion under direct sunlight while the velvet ropes remain supple in normal indoor temperatures.
