Heavy-duty log lifter for forestry work

This timberjack uses leverage to raise logs off the ground for safe, easy cutting in forests, yards and sawmills. The adjustable iron hook accommodates logs up to 15 in diameter, while the 48 in handles with rubber grips give a secure, comfortable hold. Heavy-duty carbon steel construction with orange powder coating resists rust and corrosion.

Manual operation with no power draw

The lifter requires no electricity, fuel or hydraulic fluid, so there are no running costs, emissions or engine noise. Its simple mechanical design eliminates motor heat and vibration entirely. Assembly uses only the supplied M10 screws and nuts, needing no power tools. The unit weighs 10.19 lbs and measures 50 x 9.84 x 19.29 in.

Consistent leverage under sustained use

Because the tool relies purely on mechanical advantage, lifting force stays constant no matter how many logs are processed in a session. There is no battery to drain, no hydraulic pressure to fade and no thermal throttling. The solid welds and carbon steel frame maintain their strength through repeated heavy lifts up to the 15 in diameter limit.

Questions about this item

How do I assemble the 48 in handle and T-shaped leg using the M10 screws and nuts?

Connect Pipe 1 and Pipe 2 to form the 48 in handle, attach the T-shaped leg with the three M10 screws and nuts, then secure the adjustable hook and pointed nail with their nuts.

Which parts of the carbon steel timberjack will need replacement after heavy use?

The rubber grips on the 48 in handle and the adjustable iron hook are the wear items; the powder-coated carbon steel frame resists rust and rarely needs replacement.

What limits the 15 in max log diameter during sustained rolling?

The 14.6 in opening width of the adjustable hook sets the practical limit, so logs near 15 in may bind before the 10.19 lbs lifter reaches its structural capacity.
