Vehicle Maintenance Ramp

The VEVOR TS924 is a single-piece car service ramp rated for 20000 lbs. It suits owners of tandem-wheel trucks, vans and RVs who need a portable lift for tyre changes and routine servicing. The integrated handle allows one person to move and position the ramp without assistance.

Impact-Resistant PP Construction

Moulded from engineering-grade polypropylene, the ramp resists high temperatures and wear during repeated use. Its 7.48 inch width accommodates twin tyres, while the low-profile 5.5 inch lift height clears most workshop floors. No bolts or assembly are required — simply place it on a flat surface and drive onto it.

Replaces Jack Stands For Quick Access

The ramp replaces jack-and-stand setups when fast, stable elevation is preferred for under-car work. It is not suited for jobs that require full wheel removal or suspension droop. Buyers needing higher lift or multi-ramp configurations should consider alternative equipment.

The TS924 ramp supports a maximum load of 20000 lbs or 9 tons, making it suitable for tandem wheel vehicles such as trucks, vans and RVs.

What are the exact dimensions of the ramp for garage fitment?

The ramp measures 24 inches long, 8.5 inches wide and 7.1 inches high (610 x 215 x 180 mm) and weighs 6.8 lbs (3.13 kg).

How do I install the ramp and what is the common mistake to avoid?

Place the ramp on a flat, level surface and drive the wheels straight onto it; the common mistake is using it on uneven ground, which can cause the ramp to shift under the 5.5 inch lift.
