Universal Forklift Seat Compatibility

The VEVOR TY-B17-1 is a single black seat built for forklifts, tractors, loaders and excavators. It mounts on a 160-340 mm slot pattern and weighs 12.3 kg. Operators needing a direct replacement with a folding backrest and integrated safety switch will find it matches the listed equipment specs.

Adjustment Range and Limits

The seat slides 150 mm front-to-back while the backrest folds and tilts from 0 to 110 degrees. The ball-free slide rail keeps movement smooth within that window. Operators requiring travel beyond 150 mm or a fixed backrest angle outside the 0-110° range will need a different mounting solution.

Included Hardware and Safety Switch

The package contains only the seat assembly with its copper-sheet electric lock and 40C connector. No extra brackets, wiring looms or mounting bolts are supplied. Installers must reuse or source compatible fasteners and ensure the safety switch integrates with the machine's existing interlock circuit.

Questions about this item

Will the 160-340 mm mounting slots on this seat line up with the bolt pattern on my older forklift?

The seat adjusts across a 160-340 mm slot range and offers 150 mm of front-to-back travel, so it fits most legacy brackets without drilling new holes.

How can I verify the copper-sheet safety switch is functioning after installation?

Sit on the seat; the 40C connector should close the circuit and allow the starter to engage — if the machine only cranks when you are seated, the switch is working.

Does the box include mounting bolts or a wiring harness for the safety switch?

The package contains only the seat assembly (1 x Forklift Seat); bolts, nuts and any wiring for the 40C connector must be sourced separately.
