Underbody Truck Box 24x17x18

This heavy-duty aluminum diamond plate box mounts beneath trucks, trailers or campers to keep tools and camping gear organised and secure. A rubber sealing strip blocks water and road spray so contents stay dry in wet conditions. The lockable T-handle latch adds security for valuable equipment.

66 lb capacity with 16.1 lb weight

Rated for a maximum load of 66 lbs, the box handles maintenance tools, recovery gear and camping supplies without strain. The 16.1 lb aluminium construction keeps the payload penalty low while resisting rust and corrosion better than steel alternatives. Overloading beyond 66 lbs risks latch failure and structural deformation.

Bolt-on mount frees bed space

The 24 x 17 x 18 inch footprint fits standard underbody cavities on pickups, vans and trailers, leaving the cargo bed completely open for larger items. Installation uses existing frame holes or drilled brackets with no permanent modifications required. Two keys and a manual are included for immediate setup.

Questions about this item

Will the 24 x 17 x 18 inch box clear the cross-members on my older truck frame?

The box measures 610 x 430 x 460 mm overall; compare those dimensions to your frame spacing before mounting.

How do I confirm the rubber seal is keeping water out after installation?

Close the lid, spray a hose around the perimeter, then open it and check the interior floor for any moisture.

Does the package include mounting brackets or only the box, two keys and the manual?

Only the underbody tool box, two keys and a manual are supplied; mounting hardware must be sourced separately.
