Underbody Truck Box 30x14x16 Inches

The VEVOR underbody truck box measures 30 by 14 by 16 inches externally and provides a 29.5 by 15.4 inch interior opening. Heavy duty aluminium diamond plate construction with a 1.5 mm wall thickness creates a rigid storage compartment for pickup beds, vans or trailers. A T handle latch with lock and keys secures the lid.

Suits Owners Needing Weatherproof Underbed Storage

Drivers who want a lockable, waterproof box that mounts beneath the vehicle bed will appreciate the sealed design and 30 kg load capacity. Buyers needing a larger cubic volume or a higher weight rating should look at alternative configurations.

Bolt On Installation With Basic Hardware

The box mounts to frame rails using the pre drilled holes and included hardware; no welding or specialised tools are required. The hidden hinge keeps the lid aligned but debris in the latch mechanism can stiffen the T handle over time.

Questions about this item

What mounting hardware do I need to install the 30"×14"×16" aluminium box under my truck?

The box itself includes a T-handle latch, lock with keys and concealed hinges; you must supply the bolts, brackets or U-bolts that match your truck's frame rails.

Will the 0.06 inch wall thickness and 66 lb load rating hold up if I keep my older steel toolboxes mounted nearby?

Yes — the diamond-plate aluminium construction is corrosion-resistant and rated for 66 lbs, so it adds secure, weatherproof storage without interfering with existing boxes.

How can I confirm the box is sealing properly after I mount it?

Close the lid, engage the T-handle latch and lock, then spray water along the seam; no moisture should appear on the 29.5"×15.4" interior floor.
