Versatile Drywall Sander

The VEVOR Wall Smoother is a 900W electric sander designed for lime walls and putty surfaces. Adjustable speed from 800 to 1800 RPM lets operators match the tool to each task. The collapsible frame with telescopic grip reaches ceilings without scaffolding. Dual LED lights illuminate the work area for accurate results.

Included Accessories Expand Utility

Twelve sanding papers and two sponge pads cover a range of grits for rough stripping and fine finishing. The dust collection bag and 13.1 ft hose connect to the three-stage duct system, capturing debris at the source. An extension rod adds reach for high walls, while the supplied hex wrench and spare carbon brush simplify on-site maintenance.

Practical Limits of the Design

The 8.5 inch sanding pad restricts the swath per pass, so large rooms require more overlapping strokes. Brushed motor architecture means carbon brushes will wear and need replacement over heavy use. Self-suction airflow depends on a matched vacuum; without one, dust containment drops. The 10.4 lb weight demands operator stamina during extended overhead work.

Questions about this item

How often do the carbon brushes in the 900W motor need replacement?

One spare carbon brush is included in the package; replacement interval depends on usage intensity and the overload-protection system helps extend motor life.

What limits continuous sanding at the highest 1800 RPM setting?

The constant-power module and overload protection will throttle the brushed motor if it overheats during sustained high-speed work.

How much dust does the three-stage duct system actually capture during all-day use?

The optimised three-inlet airflow expands collection channels four-fold and improves capture efficiency by 50 percent versus standard designs.
