Questions about this item

How much noise or heat does the 8.74 kg steel sled produce during all-day dragging sessions?

The powder-coated Q235 steel frame has no moving parts or motor, so it generates no mechanical noise or measurable heat during extended outdoor use.

What must I already own to load the 2 in support bars up to the 125 kg capacity?

You need standard 2-inch Olympic weight plates; the double metal sleeves accept any plates with a 2 in centre hole for incremental loading.

Will the 562 mm long base and 360° rotating pull hooks work on the same turf or track where I currently run parachute sprints?

Yes, the round hook design allows full rotation on grass, turf or track surfaces without binding, so it integrates directly into existing sprint drills.
