15000 RPM Pneumatic Sander Kit

The VEVOR WFS-1031-YW is a compact air-powered random orbital sander built for auto body work and detail finishing. It runs at 15000 RPM with a 1/4" NPT inlet and requires 90 PSI operating pressure. The 58-piece kit includes the sander, three backing plates, sandpapers, wool pads, wavy foam pads, a quick connector and a striking needle.

58-Piece Kit Capacity and Grit Range

The set supplies 36 sandpapers across 80, 120 and 240 grits for material removal through fine finishing. Three sizes of backing plates, wool pads, fibre wool pads, cushioning pads and nine wavy foam pads cover flat and contoured panels. The 3 CFM air consumption demands a compressor that can sustain flow; smaller tanks will run out of air during extended use.

Thermals Noise and Power Draw

The aluminium body weighs 1.8 lbs and measures 6.6 x 3.1 x 1.7 inches, keeping vibration low during one-hand operation. No motor heat is generated because the tool runs on compressed air, so surface temperature stays near ambient. Noise level is governed by the compressor and exhaust; the sander itself has no electric motor whine.

Questions about this item

Will the 1/4" NPT air inlet and 90 PSI requirement work with my existing compressor setup?

The sander needs a 1/4" NPT connection and runs at 90 PSI with 3 CFM consumption, so check your compressor delivers that flow at pressure.

How can I confirm the sander is running at the rated 15000 RPM after I hook it up?

Listen for smooth, steady operation without excessive vibration; the motor should sound consistent at full throttle when the trigger is held.

Which pads and sandpapers come in the 58-piece kit and what must I supply myself?

The box includes the sander, three backing plates (1/2/3 inch), 36 sandpapers (80/120/240 grit), three woolen pads, three fiber woolen pads, nine wavy foam pads, three cushioning pads, a quick air hose connector and a striking needle — you only need to provide compressed air.
