Before ordering checks

Verify that your training area can accommodate a mat footprint of 10 ft by 5 ft and a floor loading capacity for 18.74 lb. The XPE foam and PVC construction requires a clean, flat surface free of sharp objects.

Upgrade considerations

This mat replaces thinner exercise mats or bare flooring when impact cushioning and waterproof durability are needed for wrestling, jiu-jitsu, MMA, judo, boxing or yoga. The hook-and-loop fasteners allow two mats to join into a larger surface.
