Professional luggage cart for hospitality

The VEVOR X-127 is a three-wheel stainless steel luggage cart rated for 660 lbs of load capacity. Its 1 mm thick frame measures 42.5 x 25 x 71 inches and weighs 45 lbs. A grey carpeted deck and detachable hanging rod accommodate multiple suitcases and hanging garments for hotels, resorts and rental properties.

Suited for high-traffic indoor use

Bell staff and property managers who need quiet, rust-resistant transport over carpet, tile and wood floors will benefit from the low-noise rubber wheels and protective side rails. Buyers who require a folding frame for compact storage or outdoor all-terrain mobility should look at something else.

Assembly hardware and accessories included

The package supplies the base plate, pipe frame, L-shaped hanging rod, two square tubes and a full fastener kit with M8 and M6 hex socket screws, anti-loosening nuts, 14 mm and 19 mm open-end wrenches plus 4 mm and 5 mm hex Allen wrenches. The 5-inch and 8-inch wheel assemblies arrive ready to install so the cart is operational after a single build.

Questions about this item

What floor space must I keep clear so the 42.5 × 25 × 71 in cart can turn and park?

Allow at least 1080 × 640 mm for the footprint plus extra room for the 203 mm swivel wheels to pivot; the 1800 mm height also needs overhead clearance.

Will the 5 in directional wheel and two 8 in swivel wheels roll smoothly on my existing carpet and tile?

Yes — the rubber tyres on the 127 mm and 203 mm wheels are designed for low-noise travel over carpet, tile and wood without marking the surface.

How do I confirm the 660 lbs rating is holding after I assemble the 1 mm stainless frame?

Load the cart gradually; the non-slip carpet base, side rails and detachable hanging rod should stay rigid with no frame flex or wheel wobble at the rated 272 kg.
