Workshop tyre tool

The VEVOR XJC-026 is an 8 L bead setter built for garages and mobile technicians who need to seat tubeless tyres on trucks, tractors, ATVs and cars. It delivers a high-volume burst of air to overcome the initial seal between bead and rim without a permanent compressor installation.

Handheld operation changes workflow

The unit weighs 15.4 lbs and measures 33.1 x 6.7 x 11.8 inch so one person can carry it to the wheel. A single trigger releases the stored charge, removing the need for a second operator to hold a bead or manage a hose during inflation.

Capacity and pressure limits

The 8 L tank stores enough air for multiple passenger or light-truck tyres before recharging. Maximum fill pressure is 120 psi with an operating window of 85-116 psi; larger agricultural or commercial tyres may exceed the available volume and require a stationary compressor.

Questions about this item

What maintenance will the 8 L air tank need over time?

Drain moisture from the 8 L tank after each use to prevent internal corrosion and keep the 120 PSI maximum pressure rating reliable.

Which limit appears first during repeated bead-setting cycles?

The 120 PSI maximum pressure is the hard ceiling; the safety valve vents once the tank reaches that point, stopping further inflation until pressure drops back into the 85-116 PSI operating range.

How loud and hot does the unit get when running all day in a shop?

The 15.4 lb steel tank and 33.1 inch length stay cool to the touch, and the handheld design produces only a brief burst of compressed air noise per tyre, not continuous motor sound.
