Shallow well pump for garden irrigation

This shallow well pump delivers 1.5HP at 115V for garden lawn irrigation, lake fountain and water transfer tasks. It provides a maximum flow of 1200 GPH and a maximum head lift of 164 ft. The unit is built with a stainless steel pump head and cast aluminum housing for corrosion resistance. An ETL certification confirms compliance with safety standards.

Simple setup with priming requirement

Installation uses standard NPT 1 inch inlet and outlet connections and includes two garden hose adapters. A 6.6 ft cable with US plug connects to a 115V supply. The pump must be filled with water before each use to establish prime; running it dry will prevent operation and can damage the seal.

1200 GPH flow with 164 ft head capacity

The pump comfortably handles typical sprinkler systems and water transfer up to its 164 ft maximum head and 87 psi pressure limit. Performance drops off beyond the 26.2 ft suction lift or when liquid temperature exceeds 35°C. It is not suited for deep well applications or continuous high-temperature circulation.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the pump is delivering the rated 1200 GPH flow after installation?

Check that water flows steadily from the outlet at the expected rate, the motor runs at 3450 RPM without unusual noise, and the pressure gauge reads up to 87 psi when the system is under load.

What comes in the box and which fittings must I purchase separately?

The package includes the pump unit, a 6.6 ft power cable with US plug, and two garden hose adapters for NPT 1" ports; you will need to supply your own suction and discharge hoses or piping.

Which voltage version should I choose for a standard US household circuit?

This model operates on 115V/60Hz single-phase power, drawing 10A, so it plugs directly into a standard US outlet without any special wiring.
