VEVOR XU-2315 3-Panel Welding Screen 1.8 m Yellow

Mobile Three-Panel Welding Screen

The VEVOR XU-2315 is a three-panel welding screen mounted on twelve 360-degree swivel casters, six of which are lockable. Each panel measures 1.8 m by 1.8 m and is made from yellow flame-retardant vinyl rated for 6-level UV protection. The metal frame uses twenty-four segments and includes seventy-two cable ties for assembly. It suits workshops that need a movable barrier around welding stations.

Replacing Fixed Curtains or Single Screens

This unit replaces stationary welding curtains or single-panel screens that cannot be repositioned without disassembly. The twelve casters let one person roll the entire assembly to a new bay and lock it in seconds. The upgrade is worth it when the welding area changes daily or when a single large enclosure must be split into smaller zones for different tasks.

Limits of the Vinyl Barrier

The flame-retardant vinyl blocks UV flash and contains spatter, but it is not a structural wall and will not stop heavy falling objects. The 1.8 m panel height leaves a gap above the screen where fumes can escape, so local exhaust ventilation is still required. The casters are designed for smooth shop floors; they are not rated for rough outdoor surfaces or thresholds.
