Questions about this item

What floor space and clearance do I need so the 28 x 28 x 16 in pedestal fits my laundry area?

The unit occupies a 28 in by 28 in footprint and stands 16 in high; allow at least that much clear floor space plus room to open the washer or dryer door above it.

Will my existing washer or dryer sit securely on the 660 lb rated steel platform without extra brackets?

The SPCC cold-rolled steel frame supports up to 660 lb and includes four EVA shock-absorption pads that grip most standard machines from Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, Miele, Electrolux, Bosch and others.

How can I confirm the pedestal is level and stable after I bolt it together with the supplied hardware?

Tighten all 32 M6×12 screws and 32 M10 nuts with the included hex and socket wrenches, then press down on each corner — there should be no rocking and the EVA pads should compress evenly.
