10-inch Wet Core Drill Rig

The VEVOR Z1Z-9260 is a stand-mounted diamond core drilling machine built for wet drilling in concrete, brick, block and stone. It accepts bits up to 10 inches or 26 centimetres in diameter and reaches a maximum depth of 23.62 inches or 60 centimetres. A 2500 watt rated motor drives the gearbox at 750 RPM through a 1-1/4 inch threaded arbor.

Suited for Contractors Drilling Large Diameter Holes

This rig suits professionals who need a stable platform for wet coring large openings in masonry. The integrated stand, caster wheels and lifting handle support controlled, repeatable cuts on site. It is not for buyers who need a handheld drill, dry coring capability, or a machine that includes the diamond bit in the package.

10-inch Capacity with 60-centimetre Depth Headroom

The 2500 watt motor and 750 RPM gearbox deliver enough torque to complete deep, wide cores in hard materials without stalling. The overload protection clutch trips automatically when the bit binds, protecting the drivetrain and the operator. Maximum drilling diameter and depth are fixed at the stated limits, so projects requiring larger holes or deeper penetration will need a different class of equipment.

Questions about this item

What diamond core bit thread size must I already have to fit the 1-1/4" arbor on this Z1Z-9260 drill?

You need a bit with a 1-1/4" thread to match the arbor on this machine.

Will the 2500W motor and 750RPM gearbox still let me use my existing smaller-diameter bits on the same rig?

Yes, the motor and gearbox run at 750RPM regardless of bit size, so smaller bits can be used as long as they fit the 1-1/4" arbor.

After assembly, how can I confirm the overload-protection clutch is functioning on the Z1Z-9260?

The clutch will automatically trip and stop the motor if the bit binds, indicating it is working as intended.
