65 ft Zipline Kit with Harness Seat

This 65 ft zipline kit supports riders up to 500 lb and includes a nylon safety harness, swing seat and handlebar. The pulley uses upgraded ball bearings with reinforced steel and a concave profile to reduce rope wear. A double protection system combines seat belts and a rope harness for added security.

Clear span and anchor points required

You need two sturdy anchor points spaced to accommodate the 65 ft line with proper sag and clearance. Verify that trees, posts or structures can handle the dynamic load of a 500 lb rider in motion. Ensure the ground below is free of obstacles and provides a safe landing zone along the entire run.

Harness seat and handlebar change the ride

The included swing seat and handlebar let riders sit or hold on instead of using a harness alone, opening the kit to younger or less confident users. Ergonomic seat shaping aims to improve comfort during repeated runs. All components pack into a single 3.73 kg box measuring 1000 x 100 x 100 mm for transport and storage.

Questions about this item

Does the 65 ft zipline kit include the harness, seat and handlebar or must they be bought separately?

The kit arrives with the zip line, a safety harness, swing seat and handlebar all in one box so nothing extra is required to start riding.

The kit is rated for 500 lb — how do I decide if that capacity matches my family?

The 500 lb limit covers the combined weight of rider and gear; add each person's weight plus clothing to confirm everyone stays under that figure.

What does the 9 mm rope diameter mean for daily use on the 65 ft line?

A 9 mm steel cable resists stretching and abrasion over the full 65 ft span, giving a firm ride with minimal sag under the 500 lb rating.
