Extra-thick PVC badge holders

Viator Gear 001 supplies ten horizontal sleeves made from 0.8 mm PVC that is RoSH certified and free of recycled scrap. Each pouch measures 2.5 by 3.5 inches inside and fits up to three credit-card-size cards. The ziplock closure keeps contents waterproof and dustproof.

Users who need simple ID protection

Office workers, students, nurses and travellers who want a clear, durable holder for a single badge or a few cards will find the pack convenient. Buyers who need to carry larger 4-by-3-inch documents or rigid plastic cards should look at something else.

0.8 mm material thickness

The 0.8 mm PVC is twice the thickness of typical 0.4 mm sleeves, so it resists creasing and tearing even after repeated folding. This single spec decides whether the holder will survive daily handling without cracking.

Questions about this item

What are the exact inner dimensions of each holder so I know which cards will fit?

The inner space measures 2.5 inches wide by 3.5 inches long, designed for credit-card-sized items up to 2.5" x 3.52".

How do I close the resealable ziplock properly so it stays waterproof?

Press the zip-seal firmly along the entire top edge, about a quarter-inch from the top, until it clicks shut.

Will the 0.8 mm PVC material need replacing if it yellows or cracks over time?

The extra-thick 0.8 mm PVC resists creasing and stays crystal-clear with hand-wash care; replace individual sleeves only if the zip-seal fails.
