Two-pack badge holders for daily access

The Viator Gear A02 comes as a 2-pack of vertical badge reels built for staff who need credentials and keys ready at hand. Each unit pairs a clear 2.52" x 3.58" sleeve that fits up to three cards with a screw-fastened clip and a 23.6" retractable cord. The reels are finished in black and rated new.

Cord length and load limits compared to common reels

The UHMWPE fiber cord extends 23.6" (60 cm), shorter than some 27.5" alternatives but tested to 100,000 pulls for durability. Each reel carries up to 3.5 oz or seven keys, exceeding the typical 2 oz or four-key capacity of standard badge holders. The sleeve thickness measures 0.8 mm with a 2 mm edge for added rigidity.

Clip-on install with two common snag points

The screw-fastened clip slides onto pockets, belts or backpack straps without tools and locks down with a fingertip turn. Most issues come from over-tightening the screw until the clip binds, or letting the cord retract under a heavy key bundle so the reel jams. Hand-wash only; machine cycles can weaken the cord anchor.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 2-pack or a larger quantity?

The 2-pack supplies two badge holders, each with a 23.6" UHMWPE fiber cord and a screw-fastened clip; larger packs add more identical units.

What does the 100,000-pull rating mean for daily use?

The reel is tested to 100,000 pulls, so the 23.6" cord and spring mechanism are built to withstand heavy daily badge scanning without failure.

How does the UHMWPE fiber cord compare to standard nylon cords?

The 23.6" UHMWPE fiber cord is stronger than steel wire and outlasts typical 24" nylon cords, while supporting up to 3.5 oz or 7 keys.
