6" Soft Rubber Practice Pad
The Vic Firth 6" practice pad uses a soft rubber playing surface with a nonskid rubber base. An 8mm mounting thread allows attachment to a standard cymbal stand. The pad weighs 1.2 units and is intended for quiet stick technique work.
Upgrade from makeshift surfaces
This pad replaces practising on pillows, tables or bare drum heads by giving a consistent rebound and a stable, non-slip base. The jump is worth it when a drummer needs a portable, stand-mountable surface that protects sticks and develops control without the volume of a full kit.
