Light Grey VESA Enclosure for iPad Mini 4 and 5

The Vidabox VidaMount is a precision-honed tablet enclosure machined from a solid piece of high-strength resin for uncompromised rigidity. It fits Apple iPad Mini 4 and 5 models and attaches to any VESA 100 compatible wall, desk or floor mount. The tablet itself is not included and the VESA mount must be purchased separately.

Suits kiosks, point-of-sale stations

This enclosure is built for permanent mounting where the iPad Mini stays in place and needs physical security. Interior pads protect the device while cut-outs maintain access to the microphone, speaker, headphone jack, power button and Lightning or 30-pin charging port. Buyers who need a portable case, a handheld grip or a non-VESA mounting system should look elsewhere.

Holds one iPad Mini 4 or 5 with cable access

The single enclosure accommodates one tablet and routes either 30-pin or Lightning power cables through the dedicated opening. A 3.5 mm headphone jack cut-out supports audio accessories and some add-on readers. The package includes seven 8-32 x 1/2 inch mounting screws and four foam spacers for other iPad models, though those tablets are outside the stated compatibility.

Questions about this item

Does the enclosure need a separate VESA 100 mount to attach to a wall or desk?

Yes, the VidaMount enclosure has a VESA 100 pattern and requires a compatible VESA mount or stand, which is not included in the box.

Will the cutouts align with the Lightning port and 3.5 mm headphone jack on my iPad Mini 4 or 5?

The enclosure is designed with openings for Lightning or 30-Pin power cables and a perfectly sized 3.5 mm headphone jack cutout for those iPad models.

How can I confirm the power button remains accessible after the iPad is installed?

A dedicated service knockout on the enclosure aligns with the iPad's power button so you can press it without removing the tablet.
